Girl Scout cookies aren't allowed to be sold online because the whole point is to teach scouts people skills, among other lessons.Yet parents and grandparents are allowed to take the order forms to work, where the girls have absolutely no connection to the sales process or the customer. Got it.
I'm not a Honey Boo Boo fan, but even I can see the hypocrisy here.
I shudder when I think about how far the current Girl Scouting movement is from what the founder had in mind.
