Lara's the greater beauty but Tonya's a cutie and seemed to have less baggage(i.e., a crazy, mass murderous communist husband and an abusive ex-tormentor/lover) to deal with.When I first saw Zhivago in the mid sixties I though the black headed one, (his wife) was prettier than Lara.
I saw it recently and there was no doubt Julie Christie was way prettier.
I can’t figure out why the change but in the mid sixties I had a terrible crush on a beautiful black headed girl.
I later married a beautiful blonde or between blonde and light brown.
