Yes, there’s quite a bit of similarity, although of course Arabs and Somalis hate each other almost as much as they hate feuding factions in their own ethnic group.

You are correct. Roughly 90% of all work in Saudi Arabia is done by immigrants. The 10% tend to be the bosses, owners, inspectors, enforcers and visa stampers. A poor Saudi might hire a house boy or maid from among the Palestinians or Yemenis. A middle class Saudi will pick them from India or Bangladesh. A rich one wants them from Thailand, Indonesia or the Philippines.

Just another one of the fruits of Mohammedanism . . .
