On one hand I sadly believe there needs to be an “environmental expert” in many companies. On another, I don’t really see them as engineers. Simply because there is so many regulations that shackle industries, it may help an industry understand them. However, they do not seem toy design and build like traditional engineers. They seem to just tell us what we cannot build.
Heck this guy even has a problem with solar power.
