I wouldn't be sad about that particular stay, mate -it's only jail time. Now if she was going to prison, then your concern would be more well-founded, but other than the monetary fine her only other concern now is for all the days of boredom she will be undergoing.
That, and paying her mother for the missed month's rent along with trying to explain her absence at the Piercing Parlour afterward would be something she will be considering for awhile.
