A need for prayers...
So very glad you found that phone number in the midst of everything. I appreciated you taking the time and updating us here as well. Next time you talk with them please pass along my warmest regards.
Oh I have shared that already. I think finding a phone number scribbled down from a blackberry message when I was traveling in 2009 got me inspired.
FrogDad sounded so very happy to have his sweetheart home with him.
Thanks for the update on Frogmom. Thank the Lord for the progress she is making. May He continue to strengthen her.
I can imagine. They've been together forever. 8D
BTTT
Prayers up! God bless.
WoooHoooo.
Thank You Lord!
Wonderful news, and darn good advice too, concerning news :o
May God keep watch.

Glad to see that many are picking up on this “weekend update” (cue the Saturday Night music) and seeing our buddy is doing well.
Glory to God! What wonderful news to find in my computer this lovely Sunday morning!
Thanks so much for the update and the pings!
I guess I should tell the story of how I first got FrogDad’s cell mumber.
I was going to meet them both for dinner in 2009 on a trip to their area. FrogMom locked her phone in her car trunk and had to go back into her office to e-mail me FrogDad’s cell number as her number was what we were using to meet up for dinner. Lucky I read my e-mail and found out she was without the phone she was to be called on as I think she was riding with him that afternoon. LOL.
It took me about two weeks to remember his real first name as that was all I had it filed under.
LOL Burke. That is a great story. I understand completely.
You know you are dedicated to following a website when you follow internal site freepmail on your blackberry 1500 miles from home.
Anyway, it is great to know they are at home and going to be able to tackle the next stage of therapy from a comfortable setting.
I am looking at the weather and I s ee my old home stomping ground is going to get with another foot deep storm tomorrow for the second week in a row. The weather here is pretty darn nice — I went for a ride on my bicycle today.
LOL nothing like the modern conveniences. Don’t cha just love it?
Yes I agree it’s great knowing they are home. Home is a great therapy in itself.
Your old stomping grounds get snow and you are out bicycling! NICE! Love it when things turn out that way. I remember two thirds did quite a lot of biking. A great sport and exercise.
Just checking in. I expect progress is being made. Prayers continue from the PacNoWest. Hope things are well with you and yours Burke.
Busy as a cat covering.... oh, well you know the rest.
I expect we should get a update in a week or two after the first rounds of PT complete. I will let you know when I hear something.
On a sadder note, you saw the news on Dr. Raoul’s passing I assume?
Hi understand...never dull.
I JUST NOW saw about our Doctor Rauol. Shocked and numb...will have to check out the thread. So love that guy. sigh...
Hi!
Am in outpatient therapy trying to get as close to normal as possible.
Have gained weight even though I’ve changed my eating habits. Of course that makes recovery harder (and makes me angry!).
I can walk again (use walker or cane, depending on distance) and have regained most of the use of my arm, but my hand is being stubborn. Typing is largely still one-handed which will inhibit or prohibit my return to work.
I can’t adequately express the gratitude I feel for all of the cards, flowers, and good wishes I received. I have started referring to this place in my life as “The Blight and The Blessings”.
All of you are Blessings.
