Caliornia 1? ~ that doesn't quite look interstate quality ~ more like those state 'freeways' from way back ~ no median ~ just those blade things down the middle ~ and 5 lanes each side.
That spot even looks familiar to me so somebody on FR who lives there might have a better idea where it's at.
