No, it’s not. The conspiracy buffs keep reposting the exact same NBC video from over a month ago, without disclosing that it is old, retracted news, because they want to confuse people.
It might matter if the story was current and true, but it’s neither.

The Wall Street Journal sent reporters out to all firing ranges within 50 miles of Newtown. They could not find anyone who had ever seen her. Why?
May we see a morgue photo of the shooter naked showing his fatal wound? Why not?
Can we please see video from any recording device of his breach of the school? Why not?
Can we see actual time-stamped photos of the guns used as they were found and recovered on the floor of the school? Why not?
Did he also smash his cell phone? Did he often search the web on his cell phone(s) or phone anyone? Can we se the information? Why not?
Can we see autopsy photos of the children? Can we see autopsy photos of Lanza and his mother? Why not?
Can we see a list of prescription and non-prescription or illegal drugs found in his possession or in the house? Why not?
Can we see actual car registration documents for him. His mother. Christopher Rodia. Why not?
Can we hear actual interviews with the police who captured a man outside the school? Why not? Can they identify him? Why not? Can we speak to him? Why not?
Why did Wolf Blitzer conduct an interview with the 'Phelps' are actually 'Crisis Actors' hired and used by Homeland Security and FEMA?? Why were they there? What is their actual identity?
And three hundred million other questions I could think of/
Was he cremated or embalmed? Where is the body? What was the final disposition of the body? Was a box screen done??
When was the last time he was actually seen prior to the shooting? Can anyone testify they actually saw him or contact with him?

There is a poster on this site that has info from an EMS person who said he saw a lot of 5.56 casings
I doubt an ME could tell the difference between .223 and 5.56 wound, and not many could tell the brass without very close examination.
Any of that footage can be faked OR substituted. At this point I don't trust anyone involved. It may have actually been a shot gun in the trunk but with Obama running the show I wouldn't believe anything he said even if Jesus rode up to my house on a bicycle and give me his official okey dokey.

An autopsy finding can be faked with the stroke of a pen. At this point I can see no way this matter is truly settled.
