When I was a foreman I had a guy who couldn’t keep his hands off anyone. Just crap like rib pokes and generally annoying crap.
After a handful of complaints and my own irritation I pulled him aside and told him that I would right him up for sexual harassment and he’d be too damned embarrassed to come back to work.
He transferred out of my department the next day.
