He probably misses his lung....
I think the record is standing at 37 (from about 3 months ago) ;)
DING DING DING! Exactly! I have all passwords and the CPU is in a common area. Keystroke logger and Net minder in effect. An ounce of prevention and all that...
“WARNING - Not to be taken internally!” - Slings and Arrows
In 12 cup drip percolator pot, fill to 6 cup mark with water.
In filter, put 6 heaping scoops of coffee.
Medium roast works best, just make sure it’s a robust blend.
Found a maxwellhouse ‘medium roast’ that was rather anemic.
Put pinch of salt in filter, about as much as it would take to cover the surface of a dime with one even layer.
This keeps the coffee from tasting burned too quickly, it doesn’t age well brewed this way.
Brew, recirculate if need be, usually not.
Add sugar and dairy creamer.
Creamora and coffeemate are not recommended unless you like the heart racing that Ranger Pudding gives.
That, and the nondairy creamer will give you both a headache and a buzz with the coffee.
I usually put about 8 spoons of sugar in this stuff, it ends up being like Russian Kava, thick and sweet with that bitter overtone to it.
Oh, and I am NOT responsible for seeming demonic possession of the coffeepot, or the coffeepot ending up acting as if it has been damaged.
I immediately set the following rules:
1. Since he was a juvenile living in my house I would have veto approval over the games he brought into my house. No exceptions.
2. If I found any game i had not approved of hidden in his room or any where on my property his computer would be locked for a month - not electronically but physically. On the second such discovery the computer would be thrown out.
He tried all the arguments including his “rights”. When forcibly exposed to the purchase requirements of his “rights’ he quickly abandoned that track.
Bottom line: We have to be adults to our children at all times in all things. Failing to actively police your child's electronic gaming is a failure beyond comphrension. If you don't buy guns for your child - why give them access to electronic guns?
This is the same “game” that goes the rounds every now and then where some jerk uses images of variousleaders or people to incite anger.
One year they had Black leaders as the victims du jour, even added sound effects when the characters died.
Year after that they had Jewish leaders as the in game victims.
If they REALLY wanted to be edgy, cutting edge and inciteful they should use images of Harvey Milk and other homosexual leaders.
And add the sound bite “My butt is on fire” when the characters ‘die’ in the game.
THAT would get a ‘rise’ out of people.
Good catch. I didn't notice when I posted to him.
I vote
Thanks for researching that.
It's kind of interesting watching the replies to this one, although, I do have to admit that his lack of further participation on this thread or forum is suspicious.
Someone who signs up, posts one thread, and then disappears always garners suspicion.
I know, let’s have a game “Rachel Coreys Dozer Drive”!
A game where you drive a D-9 Caterpillar and have to somehow avoid moronic pro-terrorist girls who insist on jumping onto the dozer blade.
Unlocked game mode is the Pancake Round where you get to run her over with a steamroller.
Bonus points for achieving Pancake Bunny.
The fond hope of the liberal who posted it.
The key difference, a very subtle difference, only distinguishable to people with IQs above the low 30s who have NOT been to Ivy League schools, is that this game has the participant shooting at recognizable, specific, public figures identifiable by face and voice; and that these figures are all nominally conservative.
If someone were to hack the game and put in David Gregory holding that, umm, clip, err, magazine, err, scary black boxy thing, or Perky Katie, or Charles Gibson during his dishonest ambush of Palin, you'd hear the libs singing a different tune.
Cheers!
Moral spiritualism. Voodoo of sorts that they hope will remove the evil from those who view them and they hope to be seen as warm hearted to all.
A collectivist view for the tribe.
It’s funny that Obama, Biden and other Libs keep isn’t the term “Executive Action” to describe what they are planning to do.
“Executive Action” has long been a term used as a euphamism for “Assassination”
Whether intentional or not there’s been a decided ramping up of inciteful rhetoric by the Left. Like how that guy in DC was provoked to try to shoot up that Conservative organization a few months back.
International House of PAIN!
“Politics, as they say, is certain to involve itself with you.”
One of my favorites: “You may not be interested in politics, but politics is interested in you.”
I’ve used it, but it has little effect on the low information/low interest voter. That type seems to read the [fertilzer] in the DBM a week before elections, believe Palin said she can see Russia from her porch, that Liawatha Warren is an indian, and that zer0 gives a damn about them — and vote accordingly.
I like the idea of dropping off Pelosi or Schummer in South Central LA or Southside Chicago or SE DC and watch them trying to escape the neighborhoods they built.
LOL, that will work!
