For decades, men and boys learn early in life the unfortunate results that derive from allowing their lesbian spinster aunts to dress them up.

If I were a male model asked to wear those get-ups I would throw up on the spot. That was my first reaction: "Have you no shame?"
Also my second.

I remember seeing Mexicans dressed like this during WWII (hats had wider brims though) - and man, did they ever STRUT!
Kay Kaiser said it best with his lyrics:
Guy: I want a zoot suit with a reet pleat
And a drape shape, and a stuff cuff
To look sharp enough to see my Sunday gal.
Gal: You want a reef sleeve with a right stripe
And a rare square, so the gals will stare
When they see you struttin' with your Sunday pal.
Guy: (That's me).
Gal: You wanta look keen so your dream will say
"You don't look like the same beau"
So keen that she'll scream, "Here comes my walkin' rainbow."
etc

I’d like those hakama-style pants if they didn’t come up to the sternum.
Living on a sailboat shorts & t-shirts are 99% of my daily wear. A pair of sweat pants are the only long pants I own anymore.

You are more likely to see something like this:
than any thing pictured, if only for reasons of practicality. I can't see anyone trying to drive a car or operate a touch screen wearing those mittens.
