I’m currently dating a girl of another faith (I’m Catholic, she’s Jewish) and although we hold the same values, politically and morally, the religious disconnect may be too much in the future.

My father was a Roman Catholic and democrat, my mother a protestant and a republican. They were married for nearly 60 years. Marriage is about love, work and commitment, in sickness and in health........'til death do us part'.

Her religion calls for her children to be raised Jewish... my religion calls for them to be raised Catholic. That’s the biggest challenge.
