I can't wait for these three states to enact these cuts and then sit back and watch their states thrive. Thus rendering the lefts mantra of more government/taxes as being necessary. Hopefully more states will follow suit when they see the money start rolling in.

The proposal in Virginia is not as clear cut as presented here. The Governor is proposing to replace the gas tax with an increase in the sales tax of .8 per cent and an increase in vehicle registration fees.

Meanwhile....Here in NYS....94 new taxes were added last year.

I'm sure they can beat that record in 2013.
