I love when “mistakes” turn into successes.
I hear leftover meatloaf breaded and fried is outstanding. Always meant to try it.
I’ve never developed a taste for fried stuff, other than shrimp tempura, and okra rolled in cornmeal and fried, which is almost my favorite sin.
Take some leftover mashed potatoes, add an egg and some flour and fry up some little patties in butter. Delish!
