Many will blame the coach, team doctor and RG 3 himself.

Partial blame also goes to the NFL and the groundskeeper. That field was attrocious.

Seattle came out with some knee and ankle dings too.

Sure could have been much worse.

It the Redskins continue to run this type of offense with RG3,
he will have a short NFL career.

Tough thing to watch. Football tears a body up. I still have an angry hip from HS football.

Robert is a superb athlete and is a fine young man. Likely will recover, but he won’t ever be what he was.

Here’s long bet. Will RGIII or Kirk Cousins have the best career? Think I’d have to bet on Cousins right now. Running QB’s get broken in the NFL.

That was a bad looking injury, I certainly hope he recovers. As a Bronco fan, one of my favorite players is Terrel Davis. He was a magnificent runner, but his career was ended due to an injury like this. There is, however, a lot of money in sports medicine going to fixing knees, so what would have ended an athlete's career a decade ago may be fixable.

This is also a good reminder of why, despite his obvious will to work and succeed, coaches don't want Tebow as a starting quarterback. He is a scrambler just like RG3, and would end up the same way eventually if he can't convert to a normal pocket passer.

ouch, ouch and OUCH!

He shouldn’t have been played...knees do take a beating, but if they’re injured they are NEVER the same.

I speak from experience: torn ACL (left knee), tibial plateau fracture (right knee), tendonitis in both knees. (no, not an athlete, just ran on hard runways too darn long! plus some leisure sports injuries playing soccer and volleyball)

My knees tell me every morning that I am nearing 60! :)
