The three drinks in my fridge are A&W sugar free root beer, sugar free Crystal Light and Corona Extra in no particular order. The Coronas are for after working outside. The Crystal Light is my mainstay, the root beer for a quickie drink when really thirsty.

If I drink at the Elks its Amaretto!!!! Can only have one (a double) ‘cause its really sweet, very good but sweet. And I don’t drink Disaronno, I drink the round bottle di Amore, its a lot smoother.

Alcoholic beverages: a good bourbon. Cab sauv wine.

Soft drinks: diet A&W or Mug root beer. Coke Zero, too.

Water may be plain but it is refreshing.

Dislike carbonated beverages but will drink a good gin and tonic. I’ve never finished an entire beer in my life...despise the smell but give me my Pinot Grigio. My favorite and that of many of my friends is called “Mommy’s Time Out”. It should actually be called “Grannie’s Time Out’ since we’re all past the Mommy stage of our lives.

Just an homage to your screen name. As for me, I've been hitting the Dr. Pepper pretty hard these days. Used to get by with one maybe once a week or even two weeks. Lately, one-three a day. :-(

3 oz Gordon’s gin
1 oz 100 proof Vodka
.5 oz Blonde Lillet
Shaken hard and served with a large, thin lemon peel.
= Vesper

That, and my trusty Glenlivet. 12-year.

Trader Joe’s Stockyard Oatmeal Stout. A six-pack of this stout is ONLY $6. Can’t beat that price for above average beer. I’m a stout guy, that’s all I drink. BTW this Traders oatmeal beer is the former Goose Island Oatmeal Stout....same beer.

The “Arnold Palmer.” 50% sweet tea, 50% lemonade. Have to drink the low sugar version, but it is still pretty good.
