No bars in Texas allow carry. It’s against state law. You cannot carry in any establishment that earns more than 51% of it’s revenue from booze, and if an establishment meets that criteria, by law, it must post the 51% sign.

Plenty of restaurants that serve alcohol allow carry, but bars by their very nature, cannot.

My experience was in a Texas restaurant with a bar and we were seated in the bar where it was legal to have a gun. They even had a sign up behind the bar (keep your anger and guns holstered) and patrons were open carrying. We were CCW. Anyway, love Texas!
