What about Obamacare isn't illegal? Who cares about illegal or Constitutional? The President doesn't, Congress doesn't, and apparently SCOTUS has abdicated. The only ones left to salvage our Constitutional republic are "the states and people respectively" (10th Amendment).

None of this matters. The corrupt Supreme Court has declared this law valid. So pay your premiums and your taxes and pray you get health care when you need it. Odds are you won’t.

sovereign immunity. governments create and permit utility monopolies, it can permit and create an illegal trust. governmnent can legally create a ponzi scheme - social security, it can create an illegal trust.

Obamacare will be killed by a thousand cuts. I believe an anti-trust case could be made as one of many cases that will short circuit the entire mess.
