This has not been the best week for New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow.
First, on Wednesday, Jets Coach Rex Ryan says Greg McElroy will replace Mark Sanchez as the Jets' starter, leaving Tebow on the bench.
Then, on Thursday, US Weekly reports that Tebow has broken up with actress Camilla Belle after two months of dating.
Belle is famous for starring in "From Prada to Nada" and "Dirty Dancing 3." And when I say famous, I mean "been in movies no one has ever heard of or watched."
US Weekly says the breakup came because "the relationship just didn't work out."
Much like his relationship with the Jets.

Wow you’re delusional. Daniels got himself fired. How stupid to blame Tebow. Utterly ridiculous.
The boy was a Steeler killer. Anybody who takes out Baraq’s team has to be a good guy!
Laughable to me that so many dismiss Tebow because of his throwing motion, stats, etc. and he hasn’t even started at QB for 3 straight years, which is the conventional wisdom cor evaluating the position. Not too long ago, almost every NFL pundit said Alex Smith was not an NFL QB. He found a coach that made him pretty damn good (though he’s now 2nd string).
With the dominance of spread QBs coming out of college, and the success of option hybrid offenses in the NFL, Tebow will land somewhere, and, given the right offense and coach, could do quite well.
ESPN just reported its almost a certainty Tebow will be with the Jags next year for an open competition at QB.

I didn’t blame Tebow. I blamed how Daniels GOT and USED Tebow. How stupid to say I said something I didn’t. Utterly ridiculous.
All Tebow does is sell tickets and win games. He should be the starter somewhere.
Bot what I said, not what I said, and not what I said. Congrats, 3 lies for 3 statements. You’re batting a thousand in the “making crap up off the top of your head” competition. Comeback when you have a reply to something I actually said.
That is probably the problem. Baptist/Catholic Oil/Water
I would say Catholic/Baptist Oil/Water. Baptist are partial to water, that’s why there called Baptist.
Jags need to fortify their Offensive Line, get a bunch of running backs, get a backup QB with similiar running style in case Tebow goes down with an injury. Then maybe that style could work.
He clearly needs to step away from the nog.
You guys need to keep in mind it’s a CONVERSATION. Sometimes one re-iterates a point in a short way, because typing the whole thing over again is dull and kind of rude. Here’s the original long version from post 66:
Tebow was a TERRIBLE investment for the Broncos. Theres a reason why the coachthat picked him got fired. He created an instant QB controversy, and in game he stank, they traded 3 other picks to get a guy in the first round everybody though would stay on the board until the 3rd round.
More on the topic of how Tebow’s drafting got Daniels fired (post 70):
But thats no reason to trade away 3 picks to get a second 1st round pick to take a guy projected to go in the 3rd round. They could have waited until their own round 2 pick (part of what they traded away) and gotten him then.
Now taken as a WHOLE yes drafting Tebow that way with that total cost got Daniels fired. Not drafting him in general. Notice I say they could have gotten him in the second.
Before throwing insults you guys should bother to read the thing and understand what’s being said.
Its possible. I think we’ll see more and more hybrid option/spread offenses in the years to come.
You clearly need to bother to read, genius.
Perhaps you can just blame Tebow for your own words.
No I blame you for not bothering to read the thread and understand what’s being said while throwing insults. Your need to go off half cocked is all your fault. Tebow’s only fault is not realizing he’s not QB material. He’d be killing it as a RB that does gadget plays once in a while. Heck he’d probably get to throw the ball more often than he has this season if he was willing to line up in the right spot.
He has done everything the Jets asked him to do, including gain 15lbs. He also he would play where and when asked, including RB.
And have you wondered why the Jets have asked him to do so little? They picked him up and they grabbed up the NFL’s leading wildcat coach for OC, and with that combination they’ve done 8 total passes and 32 total runs for 141 total yards. That is not what one would call lighting up the score board.
