Why? So someone like Romney can come and take her place. He ran such a successful campaign you know.

The GOP is in its death throws Sarah see this. She also knows that they would never back her and any true conservative. The Party is rotten to the core and needs to be done away with.

The fact of the matter is that no Conservative will get a head unless we take over the Smaller elections first. State and Local, they decide who goes to the top. That is why Supporting those Tea Party candidates is so important.

Not just for getting Sarah the nomination, I don't think she even wants it for herself. She just wants a Conservative to run, win and act out on our platform.

That is true leadership, leading from the front.

That is what seprates her from McCain, Mitt and Jeb Bush who want the GOP nomination because it's "Their turn"

You are correct in your conclusions good sir.

However, may I interject and say that to the typical low information Ubama voter all of that is meaningless.

As long as EBT is running, ubama will have a very large and supporting base.

But once those things you describe hits maybe, just maybe the people with some sense will come around to our side.

Then they will turn to us and Sarah for help (whom they previously mocked). Sarah speaks the truth and the truth will always triumph in the end.

But it because much harder when those V2 Rockets bring Candy and Goodies from your "wicked" neighbors to you instead of High Explosive.

America will need Palin (and conservatism in general) not during times of peace and plenty when you can blow billions of dollars on social programs. But when we are at our most dire straights. Ubama has his collation and we have ours.

If you go back and read my additional vile, hateful comments to other posters, you will find that, as much as I apparently, in your world, hate her, I would support her in a heartbeat if she decides to run for any public office. Where I draw the line, though, is that she is still sitting on the pot, unable to decide what she wants to do, but she wants to be a player nonetheless and keep her name in front of the public.

From her book sales and public appearances, Sarah is well aware of her popularity, ESPECIALLY with conservatives and knows that she would be a shoo-in for any office she seeks. So, going on Greta's show to "nuke" Obama isn't a position statement, it's sniping. She could have run and chose not to. She could have given 'Pubbies a REAL choice and chose not to. DON'T confuse me with the GOP-e, the DBM and Dems in rejecting Sarah. I DON'T reject Sarah, but I also don't appreciate someone who has had multiple opportunities to run for public office ignoring those opportunities while continuing to attack someone we ALL dislike intensely!!

Palin endorsed Cruz, a Tea Party favorite who shares her philosophy of liberty and limited government, just days before a wide-open May 29 primary, helping to propel Cruz into a strong second place showing. The Cruz surge provided momentum for his runoff battle with Dewhurst.

While I'm in my "vile, Hateful" mood, let me address this one. Apparently, you don't live in Texas. I do. I like David Dewhurst and was prepared to vote for him until I saw the nonstop mudslinging ads he ran against Cruz with the same hateful, misleading or manufactured lies about Cruz.

Since I consider myself a reasonably fair person, I went to Cruz's website to get his side of the story and was pleasantly surprised to see the truth. In addition, a local TV station did a "Fact or Fiction" segment on Dewhurst's claims and found most of them false. Based on those factors, I voted for Cruz, NOT because he got an endorsement from Sarah, but because I did my own research and made an independent decision.

As a matter of fact, MOST of the people who voted for Ted Cruz did so because Dewhurst's nonstop, mudslinging, misleading ads put us all off. For most of us, Sarah's endorsement of him made little impact.

That's not to say that I don't respect her opinion, I do. But, Sarah is still a politician at heart and she plays political games such as endorsing Juan McVain for his senate re-election, despite the fact he is a major RINO and 'Pubbie sellout. She also endorsed Rick Perry, even though he tends to be mostly RINO, but he talks a good game. So, her endorsement of McVain and Perry makes her opinions and endorsements more along the lines of political favoritism than necessarily the sound judgement we all believe she has.

Just add this the the "vile, hateful" file you are building about me. You can send a copy to zero because I'm also on his WH Enemies list.

Palin chose to sit out the last election. Probably because of the age of her daughters.

They will be grown by 2016.

But, Trig won't and he needs more of her attention than her daughters do because he is a special needs child.

But, by 2016, America will be such a third-world dirthole there will be nothing to do but help bury the ashes of what was once a great country. Her time was this year. The need was this year. 4 more years of Obama will leave us broke, militarily weak and just one more third world country thinking we still have significance in the world.

If Sarah chose to sit out this election for whatever reason, that's her business. I have no issue with that. However, after choosing not to run, attacking the policies and style of someone who would have been her opponent in this last election is simply sniping.

A lot of posters here have attacked me for expressing my opinion of her remarks. As if we couldn't tell, I'm not presidential material, she is. I have never run for public office and never will. She has successfully held elected office and may do so again. These are major distinctions between her expressing her opinions about Obama and me expressing my opinion about her expressing her opinion.

I would LOVE to have seen candidate Palin smoking Obama and the other so-called 'Pubbies during the debates, but we idn't get that chance. If or when we ever do, it will not be an epic battle between her and America's worst, most corrupt, most anti-American, non-natural born, ineligible and radical president. It will likely be against either Joe Biteme, whom a 2 year-old could smoke, or HilLIARy who has gotten where she is because of her lies and the Clinton machine.

These are major differences. And, if she wants to be a candidate in 2016, for God's sake, she doesn't need to run against Obama, that's a Democrat tactic (campaigning against the past). She needs to express her own vision of America, of America's exceptionalism and how she will work to restore America to the former "shining city on a hill" that it was in Reagan's day.

I would have loved to have seen candidate Sarah "nuking" zero and the other 'Pubbie candidates during the debates. She would have mopped the floor up with the field we had. Mmmmm, mmmmmm, mmmmmm. You guys make the Daily Kos look tame. For exercising my First Amendment rights and expressing an opinion, I have been castigated as "vile and hateful", the "Media" and, now, Pontius Pilate. Man, you guys put the "HISS" in hysteria.

Sarah is a very popular figure with conservatives. Her book sales (I own and have read both of them) and personal appearances have drawn the kinds of crowds that Obama can only dream of, today. Were she to have run for elected office, her popularity would make her a shoo-in. I would have LOVED to see candidate Palin "nuking" not only the other 'Pubbies in the field we had, but her opponent Obama during the debates. But she didn't because she wasn't a candidate.

She chose to say little about him during the election and, most important, she chose not to run. Then, AFTER the dust has settled, the election has been held between Obama and a lackluster candidate like Romney, she comes out and "nukes" her would-be opponent. That's not a position statement, that's sniping.

Some here have postulated that 2016 is HER time. I don't think so/ After 4 more years of Obama, all she will have left is to sweep up the ashes of a once great country and toss them into the dustbin of history. We needed Sarah now. America needed Sarah now. By 2016, we will be broke, militarily weak and just one more third world country thinking it has significance in the world.

In case you haven't noticed, we have already become the America that Ayn Rand described at the end of Atlas Shrugged. Corrupt, bloated government, union thugs, anti-business environment and phony environmental concerns. Our Constitution has been fed into the shredder as has the rule of law. All that's missing is Galt's Gulch. After another 4 years of Obama, what will Sarah be able to do except fall short of our needs and expectations. Our money will be so valueless that bread could end up costing about $25/loaf. We already have been warned that milk may rise to $6/gal. NEXT YEAR So, what will there be for Sarah to fix? We will either be in revolt or in absolute chaos.

If she wants to position herself to run for some office in 2016, she needs to stop sniping at Obama. That's a Democrat tactic (campaigning against the past). She needs to start expressing her vision for America, what she would do as POTUS to restore America to that "shining city on the hill" as Reagan described it.

Just out of curiosity, when did I say she "wasn't 100% enough"? I love it when people read my words and either don't understand what I wrote or go out of their way to twist or misinterpret what I said.

I have responded to a bazillion other posters with the same mindset as you about this topic and I'm tired of wtriting the same thing. So, do both of us a favor and go back and read what I wrote to those posters and then decide if your current post is still appropriate and applicable, okay?
