He didn’t smoke either but He did drink wine.

there are no verses showing that He drank wine, though accused of it. However, He did change water into wine At the wedding feast...

In Matthew 11:18-19 He said -

For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ‘He has a demon.’ The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Here is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.’ But wisdom is proved right by her deeds.”

Here Jesus said he drank. It’s safe to assume he meant wine due to the context. The sin isn’t in consumption. The sin is in overindulgence and resulting actions.

Drinking wine in that era was a given. Why would there be a verse saying He did? There is no verse saying He bathed either. Nor one saying He brushed His teeth. Just because nothing was written about what He did or didn’t do doesn’t mean He did or did not do it. It’ nit picking.
