I make a very disturbing, but weirdly ok garlic ice cream. It used to be my signature last date dessert.

i would give it a try... i remember thinking, “how can zucchini bread be any good?” i tasted it and loved it... it’s sweet... as is green tomato bread and carrot cake... i love sea salt on my chocolate and caramel... and hot chili in my chocolate... que bueno!

On an episode of Chopped, one of the contestants made a beet ice cream. The judges were surprised at how good it was. They all loved it.

My grandmother always said chocolate was a vegetable and one of the basic five food groups - but her favorite vegetable was olives as long as they were in her martini.
