This is really cute. I hope he doesn’t get into trouble.
Favorite so far is Bella on 10/30.
I think they all do. Where I used to live, I saw the postman sitting in his truck at about 2:30 in the afternoon for about an hour.
I think their routes are so short that they have to kill about an hour and a half before they head back to their stations....
Meanwhile they’ve so cut back at my local post office that a trip there is like going to the DMV.
Glad you (and your cat) liked it.
English is a second language at my PO, adding further to the delays.
Whereas the walls used to be covered in seasonal/promotional ‘buy stamps’ posters, they are now covered in ‘use the PO to wire money (read: dole cash) back to your third world hellhole’ posters. In Spanish, of course.
Yes for about five minutes. Then the dreaded nap attack happened.
I sent the link to my mother, my godmother, and my bff, all cat lovers. I hope it makes them smile too.
When I worked in London, I saw flats that had cat flaps. My co- workers could not get over the idea of an indoor cat. It was an alien concept to the people I met there.
They are, barring any genetic defects. The genes necessary to the proper color combination for a calico (or a tortoiseshell, for that matter) reside on the X chromosome.
A moggie. Basically, it’s British for “alley cat.”
“I think she likes, her purr is about a 5.5 on the Seismic Purr scale.”
Hehehe....
I describe my cats’ respective purrs in terms of what car engine they sound like. Apple, our orange tabby, sounds like a Harley-Davidson. Patch, our tortie, sounds like a BMW straight-6, while Monkey, a tortoiseshell tabby (and one of Patch’s kittens), sounds like a small-block Ford.
Monkey’s littermates all went to new homes. Morrison, an orange tabby, sounded like a Chevy big-block. Jimi, a black kitty, sounded like a 2-liter Alfa. Janis, a lynx-point, sounded like a Mazda rotary.
I like Napkin, who looks a lot like Two Tone, an orange and white tomcat that belonged to my neighbor but considered my place to be his home.
Have you seen Gareth today?
LOL *groans*
Amazing how things can go viral. Some of those cats are amazing, too.
Postman pet: Courier cycles up to 25 miles with his CAT on his shoulder while making deliveries
Nice story and thanks for the link!
Kitty rides without a harness? No sudden stops, I hope.
It’s a little worrying...I sure hope he never falls off that bike. But the cat sure looks happy, doesn’t it?
Kitty MJ does look happy and well cared-for.
I believe she does good PR for this guy’s courier business, too. :)
(Nice moustache wax job there.)
There’s a great video at the end of the link.
