I’m gonna start me a ‘Merry Christmas 2013’ thread and win this contest!
“Happy Birthday to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Lord of the Universe and Savior of Mankind, the One for if you don’t accept Him as Lord and Savior will cost you an eternity in Hell”....how’s that for a Christmas greeting?
Nope. We can’t. :)
Well, yes, I could’ve...but this has become a “tradition” around these parts. So. Merry EARLY Christmas, DManA!

Nope. Cute, but nope.

Merry CHRISTmas, Mesta!!
3 years ago... in 4 days... I slipped and fell 5 feet from a rock shelf.
Besides the bleeding out, almost dying, losing organs, frostbite, hypothermia, spending a year recovering part...
During the blizzard, the snow cleared, laying on my back in the snow I saw the moon, and me and Jesus had a talk about being alone.
I wasn't. I'm not.
End of story.
Thank you.

Merry EARLY Christmas, Salvation...thanks for all you do around FR, all the great links..
Merry CHRISTmas to you, too...very lovely
Merry Christmas, TurkeyLurkey!
Merry CHRISTmas!
No, Johnny. Never alone. I chose this picture because it reminded me of the much more famous “Footprints”. The words though are mine.
I drove down from the Grand Canyon to Scottsdale in a blizzard in a ‘79 Chevy Caprice alone. Could not see anything and could not stop or I would have run out of gas and probably not been found for days. I prayed for a miracle. Out of nowhere came two 18 wheelers. One got in front of me and one behind. They took me all the way down to a truck stop in Scottsdale. When I had parked my car, I went to thank them and they were nowhere in sight. I asked the guy at the gate where they had parked, and he thought I was nuts. Told me that the only vehicle through that gate in the past hour was mine.
It wasn’t the first time something like that happened to me and it hasn’t been the last.
Nope. NEVER alone.
Be well and have a blessed Christmas.
I love your story.
Personally, I was pretty sure I was Ok with God before the accident. I could have done without the experience.
Really.
