This is a photo from the arraignment when the judge was looking around for the "white defendant" even though he was standing right next to his attorney representing and speaking for him ... before this case I'd never seen "white hispanic" used in the media.

PS: I'm pretty sure that's a black sheriff on his right ... ;-)
