According to the Constitution of the United States of America, Article 2, Section 1, "No Person except a "Natural Born Citizen", or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the signing of this Constitution, shall be eligible to hold the Office of President."
Whereas, The Second Session of the First Continental Congress, back in March of 1790, defined "Natural Born Citizen" to mean a child born of two parents who must both be American Citizens”;and
Whereas, The wording of the definition of “Natural Born Citizen” as established by our First Continental Congress in 1790 states:
"And the children of "citizens" of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States shall be considered as natural born citizens; Provided, that theright of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States."
Whereas, Our Constitution is the supreme law of the land and the written will and authority of We the People; and
Whereas, We the People contend that Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, has failed to meet the requirement necessary to hold the office of President of the United States of America; and Whereas, Mr. Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, failed to disclose his Indonesian citizenship and hid the fact that he had previously renounced his U.S. citizenship; and
Whereas, The law requires that such persons who want to regain their U.S. citizenship, upon reaching the age of 18, must go before the appropriate US State Department and apply for re-instatement of citizenship, and swear allegiance to the United States of America; and
Whereas, Mr. Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro failed to confirm his allegiance to the United States of America upon his 18th birthday as prescribed by law; and
Whereas, Mr. Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro was still using his Indonesian citizenship to gain entry into Pakistan in 1981; and
Whereas, Mr. Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, did not disclose his Indonesian citizenship, and has failed to affirm his allegiance to the United States of America and has withheld that from the American public; and
Whereas, The House and Senate has failed to act on this matter and abide by and honor the Constitution of the United States of America and failed to honor their pledge to defend our Constitution; and
Therefore, We the People demand that the House Judiciary Committee take immediate action to remove the usurper, Mr. Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, from unlawfully and unconstitutionally holding the office of President of the United States of America.
Be it further resolved that, the House Judiciary Committee start an immediate investigation into Mr. Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro to determine his true citizenship, and this investigation be followed by removing said usurper Mr. Barack H. Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, from the Office of President of the United States of America.
Impeach this communist Muslim Obama for stealing the election, destroying America , and taking away our freedom.
Just in case anybody was confused, the entire applicable Article 2 Section 1 clause is as follows
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Everything that follows in the petition are stipulations assumed by the petition and not in fact excerpts of the U.S Constitution.

1. This says that the subset of people born outside of the USA to citizens will be considered NBC. It does not say that people born inside the USA to one citizen and one non-citizen, or to non-citizens, will NOT be considered NBC.
2. I've heard birthers repeatedly claim that a law passed by Congress cannot be used to redefine terms used in the Constitution.
3. Even if the definition of NBC proposed by the author was that intended by the Founders, we would still need a SCOTUS decision to determine whether or how the 14th Amendment had affected the meaning of NBC in the Constitution.

A truly weird statement.
The First Continental Congress met from September of 1774 to May of 1775, when it disbanded.
The Second Continental Congress met from 1775 to 1781, when it disbanded and was replaced by the Congress of the Confederation.
The author is trying to refer to Session 2 of the First United States Congress as held under the Constitution, which met from January to August of 1790.
Reid cannot be impeached. Only executive officers of the USA and judges can be impeached.
Reid is a senator. Members of Congress are subject to discipline or expulsion only by their own House.
Nobody has ever presented any evidence that the nation of Indonesia ever made him a citizen. A notation in a school's registration book, which may or may not be accurate, does not constitute evidence of a legal action.

Nobody has ever presented evidence of this "fact." There are specific and very stringent legal requirements for any such renunciation, and it is quite impossible that such requirements could ever be met by a pre-teenage child.
Indonesian Go Home
Romney, as the legitimate nominee of the Republican Party, certainly has legal standing to challenge Obama's eligibility in court.
All that is necessary is to state that serious questions have arisen concerning the legitimacy of the document submitted as Obama's Long Form Birth Certificate.
"We (the Romney Campaign) hereby challenge Obama's Constitutional eligibility to hold the Office of President of the united States and demand submission of said document for inspection by recognized forensic forgery experts."

I don’t see or hear anything about addressing the massive voter fraud of re-electing a fraud who wasn’t eligible the first time.

Actually I tend to think otherwise, especially if I were to just think about a possible outcome similar to the Mel Gibson movie “The Patriot” where they assumed the Redcoats would do such and such and they changed tactics.
My Revolutionary war history is spotty but I do think that there were many cases where traditional warfare thinking was circumvented by the Revolutionaries.
The current American Civil War (yes it is happening) will be about families fighting against NATO, schoolboys against IRS SWAT teams, and they will remember movies like the original Red Dawn, they won’t act predictably.
No I can actually see soccer moms with Samurai sword lopping off socialist school board heads and then mounting them on pikes, I can see sheer brutality coming up, I see millions of armed Americans taking potshots at anything that is an icon of the Federal government.

I seem to remember back in Bush 43 years that there were a whole lot of communities that held “trials” for “war crimes”. It didn’t accomplish anything, but it did get press.
Who knows, if we can get local trials on reasonable charges (i.e., lying to the American people), maybe we can generate smoke and fire.
