My first thought was that they were trying to look like bees. Then prison uniforms came to mind. (stealers)

I recently saw some vintage SNL episodes and they included the “Bees.” They said that John Belushi hated the Bees costumes. And the Steelers look just like them! Horrible! Embarrassing! Comical!!

I am not a football fan, but when I saw them on tv I noticed them right away and thought they looked like teens trick or treating in tiger suits.
