They may have a “mandate”but they won’t use it.Just listen to John Boehner.He’s surrendering already.
Boner needs to be reminded of how and why he became speaker. I hope the Tea Party takes control of the house. Primary every one of them. Then if a few make dumb statements the true conservatives will rule the house.
All of this is IF America survives to another election and if that election is fair.
So Obama will issue Executive Orders to do what he wants. His press will sing his praises for doing it and blame obstructionist Republicans. His Democrat cohorts will back him. His judges will not find that he has violated the Constitution and will enforce his mandates.
So Plan B would be what?

You obviously misstook this bunch for how the dems handled things in 06 when they took over. I fondly recall Her Highness Pelousy saying they would not cooperate with Bush one iota on Social Security reform because he was never going to get her to let him take credit for helping that system.

A simple defunding of ObamaCare provisions should essentially kill it.
That, and several states voting not to participate.
That, and several credible Christian organizations, businesses and charities suing to avoid the mandate.
I remain hopeful that Obamacare, as “passed” (wink wink), will not be the law of the land. Parts of it, yes. But not the whole stinking enchilada.
