FWIW - Romney will probably top 61 million votes, maybe more. (Vanity)

Romney is gaining around 300,000-400,000 votes a day as all the early and provisional ballots are counted. Obama around the same.

When all is said and done it will be Obama that lost votes and Electoral votes from 2008 to 2012 not the Repub ticket. That will make him the only president in US history to actually LOSE support from his 1st term election to his 2nd term election. Mandate? My ass. What a joke, that's about the complete opposite of a mandate

You mean Romney really really got more votes than lord McCain? s/ I won’t hold my breath waiting for thread after thread to get posted about what the babbling bubble heads said or wrote, itching and whining about those who stayed home or voted for a third party candidate. I expect it to be forever said by some that Romney did not get as many votes as lord McCain.
