That poster looks like they are telling you to prepare for diseased intruders.

It makes me think of the greasy handprints I found on the glass panes in my front door. Looked like someone had been down on their knees with their greasy hands on the glass while they peered into my house. It creeped me out.

Lead injections fix those kind of problems. A good dog notifies you about the problems.

CDC is in a heck of a spot, if you actually care about government agencies (I almost give them a break, based on the general welfare clause). If CDC calls for everyone to stay inside for 3 days because of a valid disease outbreak, it going to look bad on them if 95% of city folks aren't ready to shelter in place or get evacuated.

At least they can wave the poster in front of congress and tell them they tried to warn people.

Think of it as level 0 layer of prep. Print one out, and maybe your wife will let you put aside 3 days of food water, meds, etc...
