Do you think any liberals are nervous tonight? (Vanity)

Posted on 11/05/2012 3:50:05 PM PST by MNDude

Personally, I have been a little anxious about the election tomorrow.

I watch Dick Morris's predictions and I feel pretty good. But then I check out DemocratUnderground, and it looks like those guys are REALLY confident that Obama's going to win tomorrow. They are so confident, that in fact, it sort of hurt some of my own confidence that Romney's going to win tomorrow. It looks like they have their own gurus and oracles that they quote, and they sure feel good about their chances.

What do you guys think? Do you think these liberals are all 100% confidence or do you think a few might be a little anxious too?

If anyone has an personal stories about an anxious liberal they know, please share!

“If cities look like that after a Romney win, to me it looks as pretty as fireworks.”

I like that. Like the Star Spangled Banner. Liberty and freedom winning the war of oppression. Our mortal enemy, Marxism, totalitarianism, once again defeated.

I pray for tomorrow.

Here’s my take. All of us from 2010 plus a bunch of people who never voted before in their life are gonna vote this dissaster of a President out of office. If the margins are big enough, we should be able to do huge damage to the reputation of the MSM as bonus.

There is just this sense that a ground-swell is emerging in my opinion. I see it at the Romney events and feel it when I listen to radio and watch tv. The Dems are getting set up for an a##-kicking that will send them all the way back to the New Deal in 1932....when the first GOP congress said, “The math doesn’t work on these social programs, Mr. President.” And, that’s my point. We’ve always had the facts on our side, but this election we’re also getting a lot of help from the ‘elephant in the room’ budget deficit.

We’ll see....

Conservatives think, Leftists emote.

We have a much tougher road since we think about tomorrow, the Left just FEELS about it. They feel Obama will win so all contrary data is simply ignored because "it doesn't feel right".

Same way with political issues. They decide everything based on how they feel, Conservatives force people to THINK about things. It always tougher to sway people with reason then it is with emotion

For the liberals to be nervous that means they actually care about this country. They are arrogant, fantasy driven, entitlement gripping, you accept my sin and I’ll accept yours type of people. They are not nervous because they think this election will be “taken care of” just like their food stamps and welfare checks.

When Romney wins tomorrow - shock and awe will pour over them because they will realize they just might have to go to work .... and then riots will commence.

Libs place huge trust in AUTHORITY and put very little effort into trying to make rational sense out of what they see going around them.

Conservatives are just the opposite. We reject AUTHORITY and count on our brains to figure things out.

Wow. Great post! I never thought of it that way, but I believe you are absolutely right.

“My liberal neice did a posting on FaceBook intending to console Romney voters that life will still go on with another four years of Obama. I’d say she’s confident.”

And 2010 had nothing to do with Obama’s policies. Great, be confident, stay home, it’s in the bag for Obama! /s

“Feel better?”

In fact I do.

Now that is funny! Bravo!

Though I predict PA will fall to Romney as well! AND I would not be shocked if IL and MN fell to Mitt too.

People are pissed out there and have been for years now — Only so many American eyes you can poke repeatedly and man alive has he been poking.

I do believe Obama has surpassed the maximum eye-poke threshold!

I just put the Gadsden Flag as my FB banner!

And have recruited 5 Romney votes for tomorrow from former Obama voters and people who had initially decided not to vote!

Oh and I prayed, and am praying to God!

The libs in my office are mute -— they will not speak of the election, but if you prod them enough about the outcome, they will portend a doom, the likes of which have never been seen, should Romney win.

It’s how I lift my spirits each day.

So political jailbait and their creepers! Sounds about right.

I’m in the Bay area as well, and if I want to have any RL friends here at all, I have to keep my lip zipped. The libs are FAR meaner and unforgiving than any conservatives I know.

Nah, they are too dumb to be nervous.

I think what you mean is they have their heads so far up their *&^ that they can’t see what is going on.

I don’t see it as a blunder to assume the best before assuming the worst.
