My first try at Woopie Pies a lot like Susie Q's, have to adjust the amount of batter I put in the pan, used cream cheese frosting for the filling and used a half cup of milk in the water measurement it gives a more moist cake...hubby is enjoying them. Wrapped them individually and stuck them in the fridge to firm up a little...how you make them and what you fill them with is endless.
