Report from Richmond VA this AM. Public schools closed, but Catholic school in session. Daughter has to teach today and SIL has to stay home with the kids (long story as to why they are not in Catholic school any more). High winds and lots of leaves blowing around. Not much else happening.? Thaumaturgy?
no, actually its from some movie, and there was much fun with it on twitter yesterday as they put UFOs shooting from the sky next to Lady Liberty, as well as sharks coming up in front of her and the STAYPUFT man standing next to her. JonahNRO tweeted that the staypuft man was not to scale, and staypuft man tweeted back that he was actually much bigger and much NICER in person, LOL!

One of our major suppliers is in Cape May. Luckily our most recent order has been shipped and is on the way. Hopefully UPS got out before the storm approached. There is no other place where we can get these special parts. We’ll be out of business without them.

Of course this thaumaturgy could mean magic too seeing that Renfro and his wife don’t ever, never eat feather meat of any kind. Then again...Maybe it was the chaw of Workman’s made him sound that way. Or Metalturgy like they teach in shop class. Or Mentalturgy....
My decendents, on me mums side, were here prior to the American Revolution from Ireland.....probably indentured servants or worse....don't know for sure. They landed in South Carolina and bounced back and forth between North and South Carolina for almost 100 years before heading west to Tennessee and then to Kentucky.
I was in Catholic elementary school when that changeover happened, early 60s I guess? My first few years we had Catholic school buses which transported us. Bc st James was in Armstrong co. The catholic bus took us to Paulton elementary across the Kisskiminetas River in westmoreland co.

My apologies for my impudent remark about dentists. I survived the “debridment” this AM. Only 5 more appointments scheduled, although I’m going to have a different hygienist for the last 2. The one today stabbed me in the tongue.
