I thought I read early on that no action was taken because they would be violating Libya’s sovereignty. They didn't have any problem violating Libya's soverignty when Mad Mo was in power.

This air space excuse is a BULL S. Who gave the OK to fly a charter from Tripoli to Bengazi? We had time to send a bunch of hack contractors to Bengazi but not Delta. WHY? Because we didn’t want the military to see what was going on on the ground.
