I have noticed that the time stamps on the threads are sometimes hours off. I hit refresh they comeback fine. My guess would be they are experiencing multple issues.
I wonder how they manage (load balance) the web farm. The provider, NTT, is certainly part of the problem if I was Jim or John I would want to know why they are consistantly running around 80ms latency. Their network connectivity should be much better than that , unless of course they are on very limited bandwidth (T-1 or less).
I ran test against their domain name on dnsstuff.com. The results revealed that they are have some name resolution issue’s. This could definitlely be contributing to the terrible user experience.
At this point I would offer my services for free to help out and have extensive experience.
All they have to do is ask. send me a private email.
Brian
Check this out... I am on the East Coast
I have two PC’s running to compare. Look at the time stamps.

You need to make your offer to JimRob (copied in this reply)
Jim has already stated that outside IT expertise has been refused, offered gratis or not. There are at least 20 of us here (active FReepers) who are/were high-level sysadmins.
