In your cmos setup routine there is a “startup on com 1 ring” setting that can turn your computer back on if enabled.

There’s also WOL (Wake On LAN), but those settings aren’t particularly useful unless you’re running services from your home computer. Regardless, your computer needs to be turned on for any data to be accessible.
