Flip-flops can be dangerous, particularly if the aircraft is in rough air.”
In the olden days when flight attendants were all obviously females we had to learn to walk gracefully up and down the aisle in very high heels and shorter very tight skirt even when flying through a lot of turbulence. Some of us also learned, however, that there is no way to exit via the emergency chute in this type of attire though.
If you absolutely had to, I would imagine you would accept the show that you would be giving to those at the bottom of the chute.
How about some pictures of you from the olden days; just for research purposes.
