If Romney is to appoint, it is possible we may have stricter abortion laws. Obama goes around congress with ex-orders, so voting straight ticket sans Romney isn’t enough.”
Unless we lose Scalia the balance won’t change. Roberts flipping on the Obamacare ruling was a devastating loss for us. :(
I think it was strategic. He knows what is at stake if Obama wins again. His flipping helped to energize the base, and to motivate some fence sitters.
