Oh I almost forgot. There may be two scotus judges retiring in the next four years. If obama gets to appoint them, then there every chance in the world we will lose many more Constitutional rights. If Romney is to appoint, it is possible we may have stricter abortion laws. Obama goes around congress with ex-orders, so voting straight ticket sans Romney isn’t enough.

Unless we lose Scalia the balance won’t change. Roberts flipping on the Obamacare ruling was a devastating loss for us. :(
