I will give you a hint, up at 4AM and do 4 Miles, at 4PM do the same. Worked for me 40 years ago.

Way to go before I’m there, plus this is not a pedestrian-safe region. I’ll treadmill. Walking only at this point. Working up from there. Weight training on some days as well, not as much slow-start there, have some experience in that arena.
