Way to go before I’m there, plus this is not a pedestrian-safe region. I’ll treadmill. Walking only at this point. Working up from there. Weight training on some days as well, not as much slow-start there, have some experience in that arena.

Laz, get your walk up to 2 miles, 3 or 4 days a week. then start the “C25K” program, “couch to 5K”. It’ll ease you into running.
