That was an almost perfect game, not just a no-hitter. The ump that blew that call was almost in tears when he saw how badly he had screwed up.

It was Jim Joyce. In my opinion, both handled it with a great deal of class. Both became more famous than if the call had been correct.
Joyce made news again this season for performing CPR or some other life saving action on a woman in the front row of a game.

Lifelong Indians fan. Jeter had a great season, hope he makes a full recovery.
