Saw this elsewhere. The driver needs to look straight ahead and say nothing until she gets off the bus because if he does anything to retaliate, he’s the one that always gets the blame. He’ll probably get fired over this and the bus company sued.

In that kind of environment, if he had ignored her she would have escalated until he was forced to respond. He could have easily gotten a knife in the ribs or a hair pin in the ear IMO.

He needed to radio his location and ask for police, then wait until they arrive, confining her as a representative of the city can.
The uppercut was pure pride and way overkill.
