This appears to have taken place in Houston, Texas. Maybe both of them are rejects from New Orleans.

In that kind of environment, if he had ignored her she would have escalated until he was forced to respond. He could have easily gotten a knife in the ribs or a hair pin in the ear IMO.

Clearly this woman has gotten away with this behavior before.Some people just never learn and need to be taught a lesson. I bet she will think twice before she does it again.

Overkill on the part of the driver. He could have easily absorbed a slap, confined her for the police, and he’d be in the right. With no additional threat posed by the woman, that uppercut is a chargeable offense and will subject the company to serious lawsuits.

Absolutely disagree. He needed to radio his location and ask for police, then wait until they arrive, confining her as a representative of the city can.

The uppercut was pure pride and way overkill.

I had an abusive drunk girlfriend recently. I absorbed many outright punches, none of them were even slightly damaging to my body. One time, right to the chin, and I snapped back like Arnold in Terminator. Wounded my pride, but not my body.

One day I called the cops, she now has a domestic conviction. NO GUNS FOR HER. lol

i think if women get physical with men thinking they can get away with it witout any legal or other consequences, i say hit ‘em back. if they are going to act like a man and assault a man they better be able to take a man’s reply.
