One of Hollywood's longest running -- and most admired -- couples has thrown in the towel. Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman, married for 30 years, have separated.

DeVito's rep, Stan Rosenfeld, confirmed to FOX411 that the pair, who have three grown children, are going their separate ways.

through most of the 90s they were working together. They rented themselves out to stand on the top of wedding cakes. It was a good gig but then Devito started getting real acting jobs again and it blew the whole thing, and thats when the tensions began.

too bad. hope they can reconcile. I don’t speak as a fan -although I am —but as someone who admires folks who can make a marriage in Hollywood last for three decades.

My thoughts as well. Very few Hollywood marriages last that long, it's sad to see one of such long longevity end. I hope they treat each other kindly.
