I don’t usually get all conspiratorial about stuff like this. After all, it would seem wise that there be a plan for handling mass casualties in certain situations.
But I wonder why this kind of legislation so often comes from the Left, such as from someone who represents Compton and Watts.

FEMA can easily put together a plan to dispose of thousands/millions bodies of US citizens. They need to use the internet to look up Hitlers final solution after he went through numerous ways to get rid of bodies. Follow Hitlers plan and its done.
Then, if food becomes scarce, FEMA should watch the movie, Soylent Green, and follow the directions to turn bodies into Soylent Green food.
Problem solved.
