This can’t be fun without links to videos from the debate.
He was wearing a wireless earpiece and communicating by eye blink that he was understanding the answer he should give. Also, eyeblinks were used to turn the sound up or sound down. IMHO.

His pupils were dilated, he was over-blinking and his eyes were downcast to avoid the bright studio lights.
I read that article this morning. Now after thinking about it for a few hours, it would make a good deal of sense that he is an addict. If true, this could easily be the reason he refused to meet with Netanyahu or any foreign leaders last week or when they were all here at the U.N. I am curious as to the last time he has met one-on-one with anyone who is not in his immediate circle.
His face WAS twitching. I saw it, too — the right side, in the second half of the debate. An involuntary tic, probably from stress.
