His face WAS twitching. I saw it, too — the right side, in the second half of the debate. An involuntary tic, probably from stress.

FR was very slow, so many of us posting blow-by-blow comments were getting *time outs* from the site being so slow. So anyone searching would have to account that several minutes before 7:13:52 PM PDT...the twitching occurred.
