I was referring to the LA/Southern CA area. No matter how ya chop it up, So.CA black population going from 20 percent to 9 percent, is really substantial.
But the actual numbers are several times what they were in 1965, and the population that is joining them, is not exactly riot averse.
LA isn’t going to become a riot free zone, it will be blowing off steam for generations to come.
