Barring the second coming or a rapture, I can just about guarantee that at least 100 million people will die by the year 2030, climate change or not.

Whether the climate warms or gets colder, it's not a stretch to say that 100 million people will die over the next 18 years.
Heck, if the sun rises in the East over the next 18 years, I can guarantee that 100 million people will die during that period.
If Obama is re-elected in 2012, 100 million people will die by 2030. If Romney is elected, 100 million people will die in the next 18 years.
If every car was taken off the road today, 100 million people will die by 2030.
